- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags & packaging
- Eligible only if we sent the wrong item or wrong size

How to Return

- We’ll guide you step by step
- Include the original packing list
- Return the item via a reliable courier (return shipping is covered by the customer)
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued after inspection to your original payment method or store credit
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exchanges for a different size/style are subject to availability
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos
- We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost
